Terms of Service — ExZork Shop

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ExZork Shop platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ExZork Shop regarding your use of the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ExZork Shop is a direct retailer of game accounts. All accounts listed on the Platform are owned, managed, and sold by ExZork Shop. We provide a curated catalog of game accounts that you can browse, filter, and purchase directly from us. We are the sole seller on the Platform and are fully responsible for the accuracy and delivery of every account we sell.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

Certain internal or administrative features of the Platform may require authorized access. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information if granted such access, and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials provided to you and for all activities that occur under your access.

5. Game Account Listings

ExZork Shop is solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided in our listings, including but not limited to: server names, character details, weapon details, levels, prices, and images. We take full accountability for every listing on the Platform.

All game accounts sold by ExZork Shop are legally obtained and fully owned by us at the time of sale. We do not sell stolen accounts, hacked accounts, or accounts obtained through fraudulent means.

We reserve the right to remove or update any listing at our sole discretion without prior notice.

6. Purchases and Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the Platform. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all account details before completing a purchase. Once a transaction is marked as delivered, the sale is considered final.

No Refunds Policy: Due to the digital nature of game accounts and the risk of account recovery by original owners, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks except in cases where the account was materially misrepresented and we determine, at our sole discretion, that a refund is warranted.

Buyers acknowledge that purchasing game accounts may violate the terms of service of the respective game publishers. ExZork Shop is not liable for any consequences arising from such violations, including account bans or suspensions.

7. Delivery and Transfer

Upon successful payment, account credentials will be delivered to the buyer via the method specified at checkout (such as secure email transfer or direct handover). Buyers are responsible for changing passwords and securing the account immediately after receipt. ExZork Shop is not responsible for accounts that are recovered, reclaimed, or lost after delivery.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
Harvest, scrape, or collect user data without consent.
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or fees.
Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ExZork Shop and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Game names, characters, and related assets are trademarks of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExZork Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ExZork Shop operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
